To generate a qr-code for a wifi config, you must encode the following URL in the qr-code:

  WIFI:S:<SSID>;T:<WPA|WEP|>;P:<password>;;

If the network is hidden, then add ''H:true;'':

  WIFI:S:<SSID>;T:<WPA|WEP|>;P:<password>;H:true;;
